EGYPT: Re-trial for HOSNI MUBARAK (Al-Jazeera)

The title of a recently released Al-Jazeera article is “Egypt court orders retrial for Mubarak” (Web-site/URL: http://www.aljazeera.com/news/middleeast/2013/01/2013113904122538.html).

“A small crowd of Mubarak loyalists in the courtroom erupted with applause after the ruling was read. Holding portraits of the former president, they broke into chants of “Long live JUSTICE (?)” What about “justice” FOR THOSE WHO WERE KILLED DURING THE REVOLUTION? “In a retrial, the prosecution has the right to present new evidence. But Mohamed Abdel Razek, one of Mubarak’s lawyers, said the retrial would be based on THE SAME evidence used in the original trial“. “NO new evidence will be added to the case. [These] resulted in the UNFAIR trial of our client. Notice “unfair” This is the latest/yet another example of a “Difficult Person” BLAMING & CRITICIZING the system that THEY SET UP (Web-site/URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u-AJviZ8Itk).

Finally, “Al Jazeera‘s Rawya Rageh, reporting from Cairo, said the appeals court is known to be one of the BEST courts in the country”. “It is VERY METICULOUS and GOES THROUGH EVERY SINGLE DETAIL” and yet IT LETS MANY CRIMINALS OFF THE HOOK. For exampleIT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY that any of the people in the mob that sexually assaulted LARA LOGAN will ever be brought to justice (Web-site/URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bO12X1nhzzk).

This is another CIRCUS, another POINTLESS circus. Mubarak is 84 and in ill health (Web-site/URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hosni_Mubarak). This is a  he will NEVER  politically active ever again.
