“A regular patron and unofficial spokesman for the HEART ATTACK Grill has died of an apparent heart attack, the restaurant’s owner said on Monday (February 11 2013)”.
“John Alleman reportedly suffered a heart attack last week outside the Las Vegas restaurant, according to The Las Vegas Sun. The 52-year-old was taken off life support on Monday (February 11, 2013)”.

“Jon Basso, owner of the Heart Attack Grill, told the newspaper” “HE LIVED A VERY FULL LIFE” by eating at the Heart Attack Grill SEVERAL TIMES A DAY EVERY DAY? “He will be missed. I told him IF YOU KEEP EATING LIKE THIS, IT’S GOING TO KILL YA. “He’d say, ‘ I just LOVE your place, Jon’. He’s the only person I know who was probably at the restaurant MORE THAN I [was]; he’d be here EVERY DARNED DAY“, most likely SEVERAL TIMES PER “day”.

THIS IS JUST INCREDIBLE. So the “Heart Attack” is SERIOUSLY associated with HEART ATTACKS now. This illustrates a very important, actually CRITICAL principle: it’s OK to binge every now and then/once in a while, but we clearly SHOULDN’T overdo it/do it EVERY SINGLE DAY. This second person who died of A HEART ATTACK at the HEART ATTACK Grill must’ve eaten there at least 2-3 times per week. We should eat to satisfy our hunger. Satisfying our hunger DOES NOT mean STUFFING OURSELVES UNTIL WE EXPLODE EVERY SINGLE DAY.
