Another Strong Quake in CHINA: Yahoo!

The title of a recently released Yahoo! article is “Strong quake JOLTS China’s Sichuankilling 156″ (Web-site/URL: “jolt” is the first STRONG, VIOLENT word.

“A powerful earthquake struck the steep hills of China’s southwestern Sichuan province on Saturday (April 20, 2013), leaving at least 156 people dead and more than 5,500 injurednearly five years after a devastating quake wreaked widespread damage across the region” back on May 12, 2008 (Web-site/URL:

According to “a woman who answered the phone at a kindergarten hours later and declined to give her name”, “It was such a BIG quake that everyone was SCARED” obviously. “We all FLED FOR OUR LIVES“, AS EXPECTED (Web-site/URL:

Liu Xi, a writer in Ya’an city, who was JOLTED awake by Saturday’s (April 20, 2013) quake”, wrote on his Weibo account: “It was JUST LIKE May 12 (2008)” and of course, that’s NOT good. “All the home decorations FELL AT ONCE and THE OLD HOUSE CRACKED“. This reinforces the fact that there is a HUGE gap between the rich and poor in ChinaWhile government officials in China and HONG KONG are GROSSLY overpaidmany ordinary people live in “old”DILAPIDATED homes which are obviously MOST vulnerable to natural disasters.

Finally, according to “a person with the Weibo account Chengduxinglin and with a Lushan geotag”, “IT’S TOO DANGEROUSEven the aftershocks are SCARY“. Many aftershocks areafter earthquakes. This person, like the “woman who answered the phone at a kindergarten” spoke on condition of anonymity because of FEAR OF REPERCUSSIONS/REPRISALS if he claims that government officials ARE NOT doing their jobs/all they can to find victims and help survivors of this HORRIFIC eventNowof courseas we know, Chinese government officials will CLAIM that they are doing everything they can to help find victims and help survivors rebuild their lives, but even sothey seem to only do this during CRISES. As soon as things go back to normal or A SENSE OF normalcy is establishedCENSORSHIP of and CLAMPDOWNS on political opponents seem to resume.
