HONG KONG Returns To CHINESE Rule: 16th Anniversary (July 1, 2013): Reuters

The title of a recently released Reuters article is “Thousands brave typhoon rains (Tropical Storm RUMBIA) DEMANDING China honor Hong Kong democracy pledge” (Web-site/URL: http://in.reuters.com/article/2013/07/01/hongkong-march-idINDEE96006I20130701).

“Tens of thousands braved typhoon rains on Monday (July 1, 2013)  to DEMAND China live up to its promise to allow fully democratic elections in Hong Kong in 2017 amid MOUNTING FEARS of INCREASED MEDDLING by Beijing’s Communist Party leaders”. “meddling” is precisely what Chinese politicians do for a livingChinese politicians are also CONTROL FREAKSIn addition to controlling and manipulating affairs in Hong Kongthey are also meddling in SYRIAThis is overreach on a MASSIVE scale.

“The former British colony returned to Chinese rule on July 1, 1997, with the promise of universal suffrage as an “ULTIMATE aim” in its mini-constitution, making it POTENTIALLY the first place on Chinese soil to enjoy FULLY DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS“, but this will only happen IF China DOESN’T interfere and many people DON’T see this happening.

YOUNGER activists have become increasingly politicized. Surveys show they identify themselves more as HONG KONG citizens than Chinese nationals – a trend that ALARMS Beijing, which is eager for the city to show more “patriotism” to the motherland”Beijing is “alarmed” by ANYTHING THEY DISAGREE WITHIn order to INDOCTRINATE kids with “patriotism” as they call itthe Communist government has introduced “Moral and NATIONAL Education” which has replaced “Moral and Civic Education” (Web-site/URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moral_and_National_Education). The most controversial parts are obviously “NATIONAL education” and “recognition of IDENTITY” as a CHINESE citizenSo every child in Hong must love CHINATHIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

According to retired accountant Dominic Wong, 70, “I just want to do my part to tell Beijing not to CRUSH Hong Kong” which is precisely what Beijing is trying to do.”This is my first protest. Hong Kong leaders have to do more to STAND UP TO Beijing”. This is what HOng Kong’s leader is still NOT doing. CY Leung is still following China LIKE A DOG.

“Executives of the popular Apple Daily newspaper, known for its ANTI-China, pro-democracy stance, said tens of thousands of copies of two editions of the newspaper had been TORCHED in recent days by masked men targeting distribution points”. “torched” is clearly VIOLENT.

“The home of the paper’s owner, Jimmy Lai, was RAMMED BY A CAR WITH A MACHETE, AN AXE and A THREATENING MESSAGE LEFT IN THE DRIVEWAY. “Lai’s group has offered a HK$1 million reward for tracking down those responsible”. This is the latest DISGRACEFUL example of someone being attacked ONLY because of THEIR OPINION.

“Qiao Xiaoyang, the head of the law committee of China’s parliament, said in March that any candidates for the 2017 election must LOVE Hong Kong and that opposition pro-democracy candidates who CONFRONTED Beijing WOULDN’T be acceptable“. “love Hong Kong” and by association THE MAINLAND (MAINLAND CHINA). Qiao Xiaoyang should only be described by one word now: DISGRACE.

“Activist lawmaker Leung Kwok-hung (“Long Hair”) said he was threatened by an anonymous phone caller on Saturday (June 29, 2013) who told him to steer clear of the march or “FACE THE CONSEQUENCES“, but he still hit the streets”. “UNIVERAL SUFFRAGE NOW, he shouted during the protest”.

“The Occupy Central movement is demanding firm government proposals towards (universal suffrage in) 2017 and is planning to SHUT DOWN Hong Kong’s financial district with a mass rally on July 1 next year (2014) – threats SPARKING ALARM in Beijing”. OK we know what “(sparks) alarm in Beijing”. The question is: what DOESN’T “(spark) alarm in Beijing?”

According to Benny Tai, “one of the organisers of Occupy Central”, “I’m not sure what the numbers are, but IT IS LOOKING VERY POSITIVE for Occupy. We can see FOR SURE that PEOPLE ARE COMMITTEDwhich is THE MOST IMPORTANT step to begin any revolution.

“Leung said Hong Kong would begin consultations on deciding the exact scope of the 2017 elections “at an APPROPRIATE (?) time“. When is this “appropriate time?” Working to implement universal suffrage in the 2017 chief executive election is key to the current government“.

Finally, “The director of Beijing’s Liaison office in Hong Kong, Zhang Xiaoming, said Hong Kong needed to be “HARMONIOUS and RATIONAL“, but said the protests were a sign that Hong Kong still enjoyed FULL (?) FREEDOMS AND RIGHTS“, UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF CHINA. This means that Hong Kong IS NOT “(enjoying) FULL freedoms and rights.

Obviously, this DID NOT go well for the pro-Democratic camp because it seems like the more they DEMAND (Web-site/URL: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NgnAY_eXYbI), the more Beijing PUSHES BACK and as we knowBEIJING ALWAYS comes out ON TOP in the end.
