The title of a recently released Yahoo! article is “House backs bill to sue president over laws” (Web-site/URL:

“Casting Barack Obama as a president RUN AMOK, the House voted on Wednesday (March 12 2014) for a bill that would expedite congressional lawsuits against the chief executive for FAILURE to enforce federal laws“. It’s as if JOHN BOEHNER HASN’T “run amok” and HASN’T “failed” in his duties making this yet another/the latest example of “We think they made us mad; they think we made them mad and here we go” (Web-site/URL:

“The vote was 233-181 in the Republican-led House as GOP lawmakers excoriated (DENOUNCED or BERATED; HARSHLY CRITICIZED) Obama for MULTIPLE changes to his 4-year-old health care law (Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act), steps he’s taken to allow YOUNG immigrants to REMAIN IN the United States and the administration’s RESISTANCE to DEFEND the federal law banning GAY MARRIAGESo, the hot topics on March 12, 2014 are HEALTHCARE REFORM (again), We can make TWO additional points here. First, L.G.B.T. rights have been a “Hot Button Topic/Issue” for a LONG time nowOn top of this, let’s mention HEALTHCARE REFORM and IMMIGRATION again because Republicans ARE STILL TRYING to REPEAL healthcare reform and JAN BREWER IS STILL saying that she has the right to THROW PEOPLE OUT of the United States arbitrarily even though “I DON’T KNOW what an illegal immigrant looks like (Web-site/URL: This video DOES NOT make her seem smart.

“Ignoring a White House veto threat, the GOP maintained that the bill was necessary as the president has SELECTIVELY enforced the nation’s laws“.

According to Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., chairman of the Judiciary Committee, “Throughout the Obama presidency, we have seen a pattern: President Obama CIRCUMVENTS Congress when he DOESN’T get his way“. Well THE GOP DOES THE SAME THING making this the latest/yet another example of “We think they made us mad; they think we made them mad and here we go” (Web-site/URL:

“Democrats countered that the legislation was merely election-year rhetoric to address a non-existent problem. The measure STANDS NO CHANCE in the Democratic-led Senate” AS EXPECTED (Web-site/URL:

“Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., DEFENDED Obama and said Republicans weren’t satisfied with a “DO-NOTHING Congress” they wanted to “have A DO-NOTHING PRESIDENT. Again there are TWO   things to note here. First“defended” is the latest/yet another example of DEFENSIVE behavior (Web-site/URL:  Secondly/On top of this, WE ALREADY HAVE “a do-nothing Congress”.

“Under the bill, the House or Senate would have a fast track for any civil lawsuit against the president if that president “FAILED to meet the requirement of Article II, section 3, clause 17, of the Constitution of the United States to take care that a law be faithfully executed“. It’s as if THE GOP HASN’T “failed” making this the latest/yet another example of “We think they made us mad; they think we made them mad and here we go” (Web-site/URL:

“Republicans also have ASSAILED Obama for tougher action on THE ENVIRONMENT. Again there are TWO things to note here. First“assailed” is the latest/yet another example of BLAMING & CRITICIZING (Web-site/URL: On top of this is there anything that the GOP IS NOT “assailing” Obama on?

According to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, “The President’s DANGEROUS search for expanded powers appears to be ENDLESSThe GOP IS STILL using the “dangerous” argument.

“Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., sponsor of the bill, read a series of statements by Obama when he was an Illinois senator in which he warned of the encroachment of the executive on the powers of the other branches of government”. PEOPLE CHANGE.

“In urging support, Gowdy said Congress is “NOT held in high public esteem right nowand GOWDY IS PART OF THE PROBLEM. “Maybe we would be respected more if we RESPECTED OURSELVES“. The problem for POLITICIANS IS NOT lack of “respect” for themselvesInstead it is TOO MUCH “respect” for themselves, otherwise known as ARROGANCE (Web-site/URL:

“Rep. John Conyers of  Michigan, the top  Democrat  on the Judiciary Committee, highlighted past unilateral actions by chief executives, including President  Abraham Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation declaring THE FREEDOM OF ALL SLAVES and President Harry S. Truman’s INTEGRATION OF THE MILITARYSometimes, “unilateral actions” are NECESSARYIf Abraham Lincoln didn’t issue the Emancipation ProclamationWE MIGHT STILL HAVE SLAVES TODAY. If Truman didn’t “integrate the military”, the military would still be SEGREGATEDWe also need to make an additional point here which is although GAYS & LESBIANS can now serve openly in the military, TRANSSEXUALS STILL CANNOT (Web-site/URL:

“The Obama administration said in a statement that THE BILL EXCEEDS CONSTITUTIONAL LIMITS and Congress CANNOT assign additional powers to itself“.

Finally, “More specifically, spokesman Jay Carney CRITICIZED Republicans for stalling on immigration overhaul, but finding time for the bill on lawsuits that he said would impede the president in limiting deportation of young immigrants”. It’s “pretty amazing that today, House Republicans went in the OPPOSITE direction by passing legislation targeting the deferred action for childhood arrivals policy that removed the threat of deportation for young people brought to this country as children, known as DREAMers”. EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE A RIGHT to be a “DREAMer”. On top of this, this is yet another/the latest example of BLAMING & CRITICIZING (Web-site/URL:

To conclude, this (“suing president over laws”) is only happening in THE HOUSE ahead of THE 2014 MID-TERM ELECTIONS (the LAST mid-term election of the Obama Presidency) where THE GOP have A CLEAR ADVANTAGE (234-201). So even though they CAN’T WIN THE SENATE in 2014,
